Srishti completed her studies with honours at Fanshawe College in Construction Project Management and also at Chitkara School of Architecture in India, where she pursued a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Throughout her academic and professional journey, she has garnered numerous awards and commendations for her exceptional talent and skills in the field of architecture, and she has been recognized as a LEED Green Associate. Joining RMG in 2022, she undertakes the crucial role of overseeing the preparation of project initiation and closure documents. Additionally, she provides valuable support to project managers throughout the various phases of construction projects.
